Spanish cuisine goes hand in hand with a good party. Aside from the classic combination of paella and sangria, we also prepare gazpacho in summer.
Recently, we were honoured by the Consul General of Spain in Cape Town, Mr. Ignacio García-Valdecasas Fernández, who personally invited us to to prepare his wife Racquel’s seafood paella recipe for 80 guests at his residence in Constantia.
