In March 2015, Lexus BEYOND Magazine asked us to make a pilgrimage to some of the places we source our ingredients from for Gusto, Max Bagels and the various pop-up dinners we host. We would go to the source of the product and make impromptu meals for the crew at the site. It resulted in three days of fresh mussels, wood-pigeon paellas, curing our own trout and a lot more. More than being an excuse to drive around in a brand new Lexus RC, for Andrew and I it was a great chance to connect with the people and places from where and whom we get our produce.

Food & Home Feature

The June 2014 issue of Food & Home Entertaining is all about Spain and Spanish food, and happily Gusto features with a bunch of our favourite recipes and a juicy feature. We chose the recipes with winter in mind (Asturian sausage and bean stew / garlic bread soup / black paella and so on) so hopefully you can try them out yourselves.
